9uick Search FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A quick explanation of how search history, summaries, and privacy work inside 9uick Search.

What does this app store?

›

The app stores only the search keywords you entered, the time you searched, and the summary generated from those keywords on your device.

What does this app not store?

›

It does not store Google search results, the content of pages you opened, browser history, or external account information.

Where do search results open?

›

Search results open in a native browser outside the app. The app does not fetch or save the content of those result pages.

How are summaries created?

›

Summaries are generated only from the stored search keywords. On supported devices AI is used, and in other environments an in-app logic path generates the summary.

Is data sent to external servers?

›

Search and summary data are designed to stay on-device by default. External communication happens only when necessary, such as opening a search result.

Can I delete saved data?

›

Yes. You can delete all stored data from settings. Deleted searches first move to trash so they can be restored or removed permanently if needed.
